1.1 Ad Credit Purchases: When you purchase advertising-only ad credits through Cinemommy, please be aware that these purchases are non-refundable.

1.2 No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for advertising credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to unused or partially used credits.

1.3 Unused Credits: It is your responsibility to use the ad credits you purchase within the specified period. Unused ad credits will not be refunded, credited, or transferred to other accounts.

Section 2: Tangible Products - 14-Day Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility: For tangible products purchased through Cinemommy, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2.2 Conditions for Refund:

a. Approval Required: Refunds for tangible products must be approved by Cinemommy. You must request a refund by contacting our customer support team.

b. Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including all original packaging and accessories. Any damage, wear, or missing components may result in a reduced refund amount.

c. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and restocking costs.

2.3 Exclusions: Certain products or items may not be eligible for a refund, such as personalized or customized items. Such exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
